Inventory Clerk Solutions have vacancies for experienced part time inventory clerks to cover the Essex / Cambridgeshire area.
This position is on a self-employed basis and will be paid at an excellent percentage of each booking. You will be dealing with Estate Agents and private Landlords and will need to be of smart appearance, reliable and punctual. You will need your own transport, digital voice recorder, digital camera, computer and printer and have a good working knowledge of computers.
You should ideally be a member of either the APIP (Association of Professional Inventory Providers) or AIIC Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC) or are in the process of training with one of these organisations or equivalent.
Candidates must also hold current public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
The suitable applicants for these vacancies will be required to cover various jobs throughout the day and evening including some weekends and Bank holidays.
